Booking & Payment Terms
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the reservation becomes binding. By making a booking, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The invoice amount must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days of receiving the booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and reassign the accommodation.
As bookings are binding, we strongly recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance, particularly if there are uncertainties regarding travel plans or if additional flexibility is desired.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible flexibly from 4:00 PM onwards. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 AM. Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.
Use of the Holiday Apartments
Use of the Holiday Apartments
All holiday apartments are non-smoking accommodations. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Parties, events, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Guests are expected to observe local quiet hours and treat neighbours, the property, and all furnishings with respect and care.
Pets
Pets are welcome in most holiday apartments upon prior agreement.
A flat fee of €25.00 per stay will be charged for pets.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for selected holiday apartments.
The deposit must be paid in full before arrival and will be refunded within 5 days after check-out, provided that no damage or extraordinary cleaning requirements are identified.
Tourist Tax
Guests are required to pay the applicable local tourist tax (Kurtaxe).
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
The amount of the tourist tax is determined by the regulations of the respective municipality valid at the time of travel. The host is legally required to collect the tourist tax on behalf of the municipality and transfer it accordingly.
By making a booking, the guest agrees to the collection and transmission of the necessary registration data to the responsible local authority.
Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay by themselves, their fellow travellers, or their visitors.
The use of the holiday apartment and all associated facilities is at the guest’s own risk. The host shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from injury to life, body, or health
