The ground floor features a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, two-ring hob, fridge, coffee machine and toaster.

The open-plan living and dining area offers a comfortable sofa, a 43-inch satellite TV, board games and a dining table. From here, you can step directly onto the sunny terrace and into the garden, complete with outdoor furniture – perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or unwinding after a day exploring Lake Constance.

The ground-floor bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs, accessible via a compact staircase, you will find the sleeping area with five regular beds. An additional mattress provides sleeping space for a sixth guest. A baby cot is also available.
